Where I Belong

Where I Belong

Closing my eyes
My mind wanders
Drifting off
In daydreams of azure
I see reflections
Of myself— swimming
In the deep oceans
That are your eyes

Soon my love
I'll be drowning
And should I perish
Then so be it
Let the world go on
Without me
Because this—
Is where I belong
